How does medication packing work?
- Talk to us. Bring in your current medicines and prescriptions, or ask your doctor to send scripts to us.
- We set up your profile. A pharmacist checks every medicine, dose and timing, and flags anything that needs a question to your doctor.
- We pack your medicines. Each week’s medicines are sealed into a blister pack labelled with the day and time of each dose.
- You collect. Pick up your packs each week, or have a family member or carer collect for you.

Setting up Webster packs for Mum or Dad?
Blister packs make it easy to see at a glance whether today’s doses have been taken, which gives you peace of mind if you don’t live with the person you care for. You can get it started for them, even if you live out of town:
- Get in touch. Call us on (07) 5592 2099, or email pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au with their name, a phone number and a list or photos of their current medicines.
- Sort out the scripts. Ask their doctor to send the scripts straight to us. If they need a GP, Help Medical is an independent general practice located inside our store.
- Tell us who can help. With their OK, we’ll note who else can collect packs or talk to us about their medicines.
- Collect each week. They, you or another family member or carer can pick up the packs.

Family visiting the Gold Coast?
Over Christmas and the school holidays, lots of parents and grandparents come to stay for a few weeks. If someone staying with you usually has Webster packs, we can pack their medicines while they’re here. Bring in their medicines and scripts a few days before they need their first pack. What happens when a medicine changes?
If a doctor changes a dose or adds a new medicine, bring or send us the new script as soon as possible. We’ll update the packs and let you know when the new ones are ready. Please don’t try to push tablets out or add them yourself.
