Free health checks Free blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, body fat and diabetes risk checks, by SiSU Health. Diabetes & NDSS Blood glucose monitors, test strips and Libre sensors, plus subsidised NDSS supplies. Weight management support Free, private one-on-one support to lose weight or manage your weight, with free progress checks. Delivery Health and beauty products delivered across the Gold Coast via Uber Eats. Click & Collect Shop online at priceline.com.au and collect from us, usually within 15 minutes. Vaccinations and health

Vaccinations Flu, COVID-19, whooping cough, shingles, RSV, pneumococcal and travel vaccines. Walk in or book. Flu vaccination Yearly flu shot, walk in or book. Free for eligible people under the NIP. Whooping cough vaccine Whooping cough booster for ages 5 and over, walk in or book. Free in pregnancy under the NIP. Travel health & vaccinations Travel vaccines, a travel health kit and advice on taking your medicines overseas. Contraception consultations Start, change or continue your contraception with a trained pharmacist. $35. UTI treatment Assessment and treatment for uncomplicated bladder infections, women 18 to 65. Sick leave certificates Absence from work certificates for minor, short-term illnesses, after a private chat with a pharmacist. Emergency contraception No appointment or consultation fee. Fill in a short private questionnaire and a pharmacist checks what’s suitable. Women's health Contraception, UTI treatment, pregnancy, periods and menopause support from our pharmacists. Quit smoking & nicotine dependence Free help to quit smoking and manage nicotine dependence: a plan, NRT advice and follow-up.

Beauty and everyday

Passport & visa photos Australian and overseas passport and visa photos while you wait. $25. Ear piercing Both ears, with earrings and antiseptic spray included. $65, walk in. Skincare & self-tan Free advice from trained beauty advisors, and brands that suit the Gold Coast climate. Makeup & fragrance Makeup, fragrance, dental care and men’s grooming with help from our beauty team. Perfume & fragrance gifts Designer and celebrity fragrance with testers in store, and free help choosing a scent or gift. Vitamins & supplements Everyday and practitioner ranges, checked against your medicines by a pharmacist. Metagenics Practitioner-range supplements in stock or ordered in, with pharmacist advice.

Help Medical GPs An independent general practice located inside our store. Bulk billing for everyone with a Medicare card, QML pathology collection, walk-ins welcome. Blood tests (QML Pathology) QML Pathology collection room inside Help Medical, in our store. Walk in with your request form, weekday mornings.

What else can we help with?

  • Return unwanted medicines. Bring back expired or unwanted medicines for free disposal through the national Return Unwanted Medicines program.
  • Absence-from-work certificates. Our pharmacists can issue certificates for short absences. See sick leave certificates.
  • Veterinary prescriptions. We dispense scripts written by your vet. See prescriptions.
  • Rapid antigen tests. We sell rapid antigen tests in store. We no longer offer supervised testing.
  • Gift ideas and gift cards. Ask our beauty team for help choosing a gift. See perfume and fragrance gifts and makeup and fragrance.

Common questions

How much do your services cost?

Advice from our pharmacists is free, and so are many services. Ear piercing is $65, passport photos are $25, and UTI and contraception consultations and sick leave certificates are $35. See all our service prices.

Do I need to book?

For most services, no. Vaccinations, health checks, passport photos, ear piercing and pharmacist advice are all walk-in. Contraception consultations need a trained pharmacist, so please call first; UTI consultations are walk-in. See how to book each service.

Is there a doctor in the store?

Yes. Help Medical is an independent general practice located inside our store. It bulk bills everyone with a Medicare card and has a QML Pathology collection room. Walk-ins are welcome subject to doctor availability; booking ahead is the surest way to be seen.

Do you deliver?

Yes, for everyday health and beauty products, through Uber Eats across the Gold Coast. Prescription medicines can’t be ordered through Uber Eats and we don’t offer a regular prescription delivery service. See delivery options and Click & Collect.

Where are you?

On the ground floor of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach, on the north-eastern side next to Proud Smile, near the outdoor entrance from the river. We’re open 7 days and until 9pm on Thursdays. See opening hours and directions.
