Already have the app? Choose Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair as your store, then send your eScript from the app.
How do I send my eScript ahead?
The easiest way to skip the wait is to send your eScript to us before you arrive. No app needed:
By email
Forward the eScript link from your SMS or email, or a screenshot of the QR code, to pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au. Include your name and mobile number, and when you’d like to collect. Our team checks this inbox throughout the day while we’re open, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Paper prescriptions need to come in, as we need the original. For an urgent medicine, call us on (07) 5592 2099.
Through the MedAdvisor or Priceline Pharmacy app
Using the MedAdvisor app or the Priceline Pharmacy app:
- Open the app (or log in to MedAdvisor in your browser).
- Add your eScript: paste the token link, scan the QR code, or use Snap n Send.
- Choose Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair, Shop 81, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach QLD 4218.
- Submit your order and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.
What other ways can I fill my prescription?
Show us your eScript in store
Come to the prescription counter at the back of the store and show us the QR code in your SMS or email.
Paper scripts
Hand your script to us at the prescription counter. If you’d rather not wait, do some shopping and collect it on your way out.
Active Script List
An Active Script List keeps all your eScripts in one place, so you don’t need to keep track of individual tokens. Ask us and we can register you in store. Once you’re set up, with your consent we can find your current scripts whenever you visit.
Scripts on file
We can keep your repeat prescriptions on file, so you don’t need to bring the paperwork each time.
Hospital, private and interstate prescriptions
We dispense hospital discharge scripts and private prescriptions as well as scripts from your GP. Prescriptions from doctors in other Australian states can be filled here too, which makes us a handy stop for visitors to the Gold Coast. On holiday and your paper scripts are on file at your usual pharmacy? Ask them to email or fax us a copy and post us the original, and we can usually fill your medicine from the copy. Visiting the Gold Coast? See our guide for visitors. Prescriptions written overseas can’t be dispensed in Australia; the GPs at Help Medical, inside our store, can help.
Veterinary prescriptions
We also dispense prescriptions written by your vet. Bring in the script and we’ll supply the medicine where it’s one we can stock or order.
How long will my prescription take?
Most prescriptions are ready in 5 minutes or less. Sometimes it takes 5 to 10 minutes, and it’s rare to wait longer than that. If we need to order a medicine in or check something with your doctor, we’ll tell you how long it will be.
We’ll call your name when it’s ready. If you’ve popped out for a coffee or to do some shopping, just come back to the prescription counter, tell us your name and we’ll check how it’s going.
Why is dispensing so fast here?
Our dispensary uses a robotic system that stores and picks medicines automatically. It finds the right medicine in seconds, which frees our pharmacists to spend more time checking your prescription and talking with you, not searching shelves. We also run extra dispensary staff, so you still get the counselling and information you need about your medicine without waiting long for it.
Can you get hard-to-find medicines?
We work with several wholesalers and can order in most medicines, including specialised and less common ones. If a medicine is short nationally, we’ll let you know your options and speak to your doctor if needed. Call us on (07) 5592 2099 or email pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au to check availability.
How do I avoid running out?
- Priceline Pharmacy app. Order your scripts and get reminders when repeats are due.
- Medication packing. Your medicines organised by day and time in weekly blister packs.
- Medication reviews. A free one-on-one check if you take several medicines.
Moving your scripts to us?
Switching pharmacies is free and simple. Bring your eScript tokens or let us access your Active Script List, collect any paper repeats your old pharmacy holds on file, and ask them for this year’s PBS record so your Safety Net total carries over. Our guide explains how to move your prescriptions to a new pharmacy, step by step.
Need a new script?
The GPs at Help Medical, an independent general practice located inside our store, can see you, and you can fill the prescription a few steps away in the same visit.
Questions about your medicine?
Ask us anything: how to take it, what side effects to expect, or whether it suits your other medicines, vitamins and supplements. There’s no appointment needed; just ask at the counter or call us on (07) 5592 2099.
Common questions
Do you accept eScripts?
Yes. Show us the QR code in your SMS or email at the prescription counter, or send it ahead by email to pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au or through the Priceline Pharmacy app or MedAdvisor, and collect it when it suits you.
Can I email my eScript to you?
Yes. Forward the eScript link from your SMS or email (or a screenshot of the QR code) to pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au with your name and mobile number. We check this inbox throughout the day while we’re open and will let you know when it’s ready. Paper prescriptions need to come in, as we need the original.
Can I fill a hospital prescription here?
Yes. We dispense hospital discharge scripts and private prescriptions as well as scripts from your GP. Bring it to the prescription counter at the back of the store.
Can you fill a prescription from another state?
Yes. A valid paper prescription or eScript from any Australian doctor can be filled here, so visitors to the Gold Coast are welcome. Bring your Medicare card if you have one.
My paper scripts are at my usual pharmacy. Can you fill them while I’m away?
Usually, yes. Ask your usual pharmacy to email a copy to pharmacy@pricelinepf.com.au or fax it to (07) 5504 6612, and post us the original. We can usually fill your medicine from the copy. If you have an eScript, just show us the token.
Can you fill a prescription written overseas?
No. Prescriptions written outside Australia can’t be dispensed here. The GPs at Help Medical, inside our store, can see you and write an Australian prescription if appropriate, and we can fill it a few steps away.
Do you dispense veterinary prescriptions?
Yes. Bring in your pet’s script from your vet and we’ll dispense it where the medicine is one we can supply or order in.
Will you fill all of my prescription?
Yes. We supply the full quantity on your script, not part of it. If we don’t have enough in stock, we’ll tell you when you hand it in, so you can choose to have us order it in or take your script elsewhere.
Can you order in a medicine you don’t have?
Usually, yes. We work with several wholesalers and can source most medicines, including specialised and hard-to-find ones. Call us on (07) 5592 2099 with the details and we’ll tell you how quickly we can get it in.
Do you compound medicines?
No. We don’t compound medicines, which means making up a medicine specially for one person, such as a cream or liquid in a strength that isn’t made commercially. If your doctor prescribes a compounded medicine, you’ll need to take your script to a compounding pharmacy.
Do you deliver prescriptions?
We don’t offer a regular prescription delivery service, and prescription medicines can’t be ordered through Uber Eats. In an urgent situation, call us: if a team member is available we may be able to arrange a delivery for a fee, but we can’t promise it.
