Vitamins & Supplements, with a Pharmacist's Advice
Home / Vitamins & Supplements
The vitamin aisle can be overwhelming. At Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair in Broadbeach, you can ask a pharmacist before you buy, so you choose something that suits you and is safe alongside any medicines you already take.
Why ask a pharmacist first?
- Interactions. Some supplements can affect how prescription medicines work, including blood thinners, some antidepressants and the contraceptive pill.
- Doubling up. It's easy to take the same ingredient in two products without realising.
- Whether you need it at all. Sometimes a blood test through your GP is the better first step, for example if you think you're low in iron or vitamin D.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding. We can help you choose supplements that are appropriate at each stage.
Our range

Practitioner ranges
Practitioner ranges are usually recommended after a conversation with a health professional. We stock a range of Metagenics products and can special-order anything else from their range. More about Metagenics at Pacific Fair.
A note on expectations
Supplements can help fill gaps in your diet, but they don't replace a balanced diet, and they aren't a substitute for medical care. If you have ongoing symptoms such as tiredness, see your GP. The doctors at Help Medical are located inside our store.
